Ending the 2022 wedding season with a beautiful autumn day, a STUNNING bride, and groom with the sweetest first look reaction was the BEST! It has been five years since I last photographed a wedding at Jimmy's Event Center in Vadnais Heights and word on the street is this will be their last year hosting weddings. It was an honor to be a part of Amanda and David's wedding and part of the history of a favorite venue to many.
I've only known Amanda and David for a little over a year and have gotten the chance to learn about them while spending time getting together, planning their wedding, and capturing their engagement session. I know Amanda has the biggest heart and instantly feels like a best friend when you meet her, and David loves everything fishing and outdoors but loves Amanda more. On their wedding day, I learned something new about Amanda and David; they have families who love them unconditionally and want the best possible experience for them. Both families worked hard putting together all the decorations and helping the Bride and Groom with everything they needed.
As the evening came, it brought so many fun and heartfelt memories with Amanda smashing cake in David's face, David's grandfather grooving to his favorite songs on the dance floor, and special cheers to Amanda's grandfather, who passed almost a year ago. As you scroll through their wedding blog, I hope you notice all these special moments. These moments will forever remind a couple how much they are loved by their family, friends, and wedding vendors!
Amanda and David, thank you for trusting me as your wedding photographer and sharing your special day with me! You two share the most beautiful love! I cannot wait to see where the future takes you both!
Thank you for reading!
