I started off my 2023 wedding season at one of my favorite wedding venues, The Mill Site, and it was an absolute delight capturing Amanda and Brandon’s winter wedding. Their wedding complimented the season with pine garlands wrapped around the wooden poles and a bouquet filled with white roses and pinecones designed by a local floral shop, Main Floral.
From the heartfelt first look between the bride and groom to the emotional walk down the aisle with tears streaming down the eyes of their parents, every moment was filled with joy. The happiness reflected in the smiles of the guests as they entered the venue after the portrait session was simply heartwarming.
As a parent myself, I’ve come to appreciate wedding days from a unique perspective. Seeing your child marry someone you’ve prayed for their entire life is an overwhelmingly emotional, rewarding, and surreal experience. I can’t help but imagine that one day I’ll be the groom’s mother, with tears of joy streaming down my cheeks.
Take a moment to enjoy the highlights of this sweet couple’s special day! Amanda and Brandon, I want to express my gratitude for trusting me as your wedding photographer and for choosing the perfect day in March. The blessing of having sunshine throughout the day, with a pleasant high temperature of forty degrees, was truly remarkable. I wish you both countless years of happiness and love!
